Text Divinations #2
Text Divinations is a performative reading project begun in 2015, based on live simultaneous readings of appropriated texts that have been scrambled or de-contextualized in some way by the artist. In conjunction with How Easy is a Bush a Bear, at THE SUB-MISSION through April 23, Text Divinations #2 is comprised of first hand accounts of various hallucinations, appropriated largely from early 20th century clinical studies. Readers include Ryan Packard, Michelle Holder, Erik Stonikas, and Dan Mohr.
